Unless a Prior agreement is reached with the editors, it is a condition of publication that manuscripts submitted to this journal have not been published and will not be simultaneously submitted or published elsewhere. By submitting a manuscript, the authors agree that the copyright for their article is transferred to the publisher if and when the article is accepted for publication. This transfer does not negate the authors’ rights to use their own work in the future, as in a book they are writing. The copyright does cover the exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute the article, including reprinted, photographic reproductions, microform or any other reproductions of similar nature, and translations.
The Journal holds all material under the Creative Commons license (Attribution, Noncommercial, No Derivatives 4.0 International License), allowing non-authors to distribute Journal works independently. All reprints shall give attribution to the authors and Journal. There shall be no further commercial uses of the works by any party other than the Journal. All articles and essays shall be whole and complete, there shall be no derivative works and modifications to the Journal materials.
