Introduction
Will Higher Education in Malaysia transition from the factory model to a student-centred ‘Café’ approach, the ‘à la carte’ university? Will lecturers remain mired in bureaucratic forms or will they be able to focus on teaching and learning? Will blended learning platforms succeed?
